1. Who we are
PT. Kasu Risya Sejahtera (“tiketgolf”) sells golf travel packages from Singapore to Batam through tiketgolf.com. All prices are in Singapore dollars (S$).
2. Bookings
You must sign in before booking. A booking is held for 10 minutes while you transfer. After you tap “I’ve transferred”, the booking is Processing until we verify the payment. We may reject a booking if the transfer is not found; you will be notified by email.
3. Price
The price shown is final per player and includes everything listed under “What’s included”. Weekend prices apply to Saturdays, Sundays and Singapore public holidays, day by day.
4. Travel documents
Each player must carry a passport valid for at least 6 months after the return date. Immigration decisions are outside our control; refused entry is treated as a cancellation by the customer.
5. Changes and cancellations
Changes and refunds follow our Refund & cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Conduct and course rules
Players follow the dress code and rules of each course, ferry operator and hotel. Operators may refuse service for unsafe or disruptive behaviour.
7. Liability
We arrange services provided by independent operators. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
